SHIPPING POLICY

Shipment Processing Time

Orders will be processed and shipped within seven (7) days. Delivery times will vary.

Domestic Shipping

All US orders will be shipped with USPS Priority Mail. Shipping will be calculated at checkout based the weight and dimensions of each order. Please allow for 7-10 days for shipment after your order has been placed. Tracking information will be sent to the email address provided upon checkout.

Customs, duties, and taxes

Zarbo Ceramics will not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping will be the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

REFUND POLICY

Refunds and Returns

All sales are final. Zarbo Ceramics does not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for products sold that are not defective or damaged.

However, upon receipt of your package, please inspect your order for damaged, wrong, or missing products. In the event that a product received is defective or damaged, please contact us at ZarboCeramics@gmail.com to allow us to make it right. A refund or replacement will be offered. Please note that replacements may take up to 4 weeks to create and ship to you, if stock is not available.
